Tatiana Bachkirova

Tatiana Bachkirova is Professor of Coaching Psychology in the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies at Oxford Brookes University, UK http://www.brookes.ac.uk/iccams/. She supervises doctoral students as an academic and human coaches, as a practitioner. In her over 80 research articles, book chapters and books and in her many speaking engagements she tends to explore most challenging issues of coaching as a service to individuals, organisations and wider societies.


Bob Garvey

Professor (Emeritus) Bob Garvey is an internationally known leading academic practitioner of mentoring and coaching. He is an experienced mentor/coach working with a range of people in a variety of contexts. Bob subscribes to the ‘repertoire’ approach to mentoring and coaching. He is in demand as a keynote conference speaker, webinar facilitator and workshop leader. Bob is an active researcher and very widely published in many different outlets. He is a founding member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and has been awarded the EMCC’s Mentor award. He has also received a Lifetime Achievement award for contributions to mentoring from Coaching at Work. Currently, he is a member of a research team investigating coach development and education.


Jackee Holder

Jackee Holder is a London-based executive coach, author, and speaker whose work sits at the intersection of reflection, creativity, and nature. A long-time advocate of journaling and storytelling as tools for insight and transformation, Jackee helps leaders and coaches deepen their reflective practice and reconnect with what matters most. She is the author of Writing with Fabulous Trees and Re-Wilding the Page, two illustrated guides to nature-inspired journaling, and creator of the Inner & Outer Nature Self-Discovery card deck.

Jackee’s essays and reflections appear in leading anthologies, including The Big Book of Journaling and Transformational Journaling for Coaches, Therapists and Clients. A regular columnist for Psychologies Magazine and member of the Journal Council for the International Association of Journal Writers (IAJW), she brings a calm, creative presence to her coaching, teaching, and writing.

Kim Morgan

Kim Morgan is Founder, Master Certified Coach, Supervisor, Author, Speaker Certified Grief Educator, Grief Recovery Specialist – Barefoot Coaching Ltd

Kim is an internationally recognised expert in coaching and coach training, one of the select band of coaches accredited by the ICF as a Master Certified Coach. She draws extensively on her own experience of what works in practice to make successful individuals, great leaders, productive teams and organisations, and outstanding coaches.

Kim designed and launched the Barefoot Flagship Course in 2001. Kim’s passion and curiosity ensure that the course is constantly evolving, refreshed by new ideas and thinking and always remains grounded in ethical and psychological rigour.

Kim’s passion to spread the word about coaching has resulted in two best-selling books, ‘The Coach’s Casebook’ (2015) and ‘The Coach’s Survival Guide (2019). Kim also has a monthly coaching column in Psychologies Magazine, and she is a sought-after conference speaker on all things coaching related.

Prof Stephen Palmer PhD is a Chartered Biologist, Chartered Coaching Psychologist and Chartered Scientist. He is an HCPC Registered counselling and health psychologist. His university appointments include being an Honorary Professor of Practice at the Institute of Management and Health, University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), and an Adjunct Professor of Coaching Psychology at Aalborg University, Denmark. He is a also Director of Studies and Supervisor for PhD students at UWTSD. He is Co-ordinating Director of the ISCP International Centre for Coaching Psychology Research, Faculty of Climate Change and Coaching Psychology.

Stephen is the Coaching at Work magazine publisher. He President of the International Society for Coaching Psychology, Vice President of the Institute of Health Promotion and Education and former President and Honorary Fellow of both the Association for Coaching and the International Stress Management Association (UK). He has written/edited 60 books and over 300 articles/book chapters on a range of topics eg wellbeing, stress, ecopsychology, climate coaching, relaxation & resilience. He describes himself as a pracademic who enjoys coastal walking and jazz.
