
Cristina Custodio, MBA, MCC is a Master Certified Coach, executive coach, facilitator, social impact strategist, author, and co-founder of The Social Leadership Coach. She brings more than twenty-five years of leadership and management experience to her work with leaders, coaches, educators, changemakers, and organizations working toward more humane, equitable, and sustainable futures. Cristina’s coaching is grounded in a deep belief that leadership is relational, contextual, and capable of creating belonging. She sees coaching as a disciplined, creative, human-centered practice. Holding a Harvard MBA and drawing on a background in international consulting and senior VP-level operations management, she supports people and systems in telling the truth, widening possibility, and building forms of leadership that do not require people to abandon themselves in order to make an impact. In 2024, she was awarded the Ellen Shub Award for Coaching for Social Good by the Harvard McLean Institute of Coaching. She has also been on the global Board of ICF Coaching Education and the ICF Diversity Council.

Gloria Custodio, Esq., PCC is a Professional Certified Coach, transformational coach, facilitator, curriculum designer, writer, educator, attorney, and managing partner of The Social Leadership Coach. Her work is shaped by more than twenty-five years across law, business, education, leadership, coaching, and organizational life, including experience as a US federal judicial law clerk, university instructor, school administrator, and classroom teacher.

Prof Jonathan Passmore is a chartered psychologist and holds five degrees, as well as being a master coach, supervisor, and team coach. He has worked in both consulting, for PWC, IBM , CoachHub and EZRA, as well as in academia at East London and most recently at Henley Business School. Over the past twenty years, he has been an active researcher and author, and has published over 50 books and 300 scientific papers. His most recent focus has been on AI and digital coaching, and on nature and eco-outdoor coaching. His recent books include The Coaching Psychology Handbook (Wiley, 2026) and The Outdoor and Nature Coaches Handbook (Routledge, 2026
