Nicolas will tell the story of how he iteratively built towards a coaching centred culture in an investment banking environment together with some of the requisite successes and failures. He will outline his model for embedding coaching, the influence of coaching technology on the approach and his thoughts on Chapter 2 in the journey.
Nicolas is the Lead Coach for NatWest Group Coaching Faculty. From a practice perspective he supports the success and personal growth of the top 150 leader in the organisation. He has held numerous roles across the banking group prior to which he was a consultant and faculty for Ashridge Business School. Core to all of Nicolas’s work is the love of learning and a belief in the interconnectedness and interdependency of all things.
