Deepening & Broadening: Coaching in Cyberspace

Session summary: Coaching online has become ordinary, but how do we take account of the particular features of working in cyberspace? In this session we will explore the potential impacts on our psyche, our sense of self and our capacity to relate when coaching using video. We will also consider some of the ways we can optimise the experience, and enhance the relational aspects of Cybercoaching.


Bio: Tammy Tawadros is a coach, supervisor, OD practitioner and work psychologist. She has a particular practice and research interest in cyberpsychology and video coaching. Tammy is a member of adjunct faculty at Ashridge Centre for Coaching where she teaches on the AMEC (Coaching Masters) and ADOS (Diploma in Supervision) programmes. She is an associate at CCE (Centre for Charity Effectiveness) at Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School, where she co-leads their open leadership programmes and conducting research on the experience of leading in radical uncertainty.
