Author of the book Project Delivery, Uncertainty and Neuroscience – A Leader’s Guide to Walking in Fog, she’s an Ashridge coach who’s trained in psychotherapy and the arts. Her pioneering approach brings an understanding of how the human brain works to the world of project management and business transformation.
In addition to her work with corporates, she coaches with the Project Academy in partnership with Cranfield University and PA Consulting. On this five-year assignment her brief is to build the UK Government’s senior change, project and programme management capability.
